Duration: 3 months, potentially longer
Hours of work: 8am - 4.15pm Monday - Friday
Location: North Cambs - on site every day
Duties:
- Meet and greet visitors
- Carry out building inductions for visitors etc
- Provide general office admin support for the Facilities Department
- Responsible for the use of the facilities ticket portal
- Order and maintain stock
- Responsible for meeting room management
- Responsible for onsite weekly fire alarm testing etc
- Fire extinguisher checks
- Maintain health and safety noticeboards
- Ensure all contractors attending site are provided with appropriate health and safety paperwork
Your skills/experience:
- Previous admin experience
- Previous experience in health and safety compliance
- Self motivated
- Excellent IT skills
