We have an immediate temporary opportunity for a Facilities Administrator working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday paying £11.50 per hour.
What will you be doing as a Facilities Administrator?
This is a varied administration role, which requires the candidate to have strong attention to detail.
You will be responsible for processing high volume purchase orders, entering them onto the In-house financial system.
Providing support to the estates and facilities team
Being the point of contact for all on site visitors, meeting and greeting contractors, getting them to sign in and issuing passes.
Ensuring that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Updating information on excel spreadsheets, manipulating data and formatting spreadsheets to provide reports.
Logging of attendance, absences on the in-house system
Answering the intercom for the car park, allowing access for vehicles
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
A DBS is an essential criterion for this role and it must be on the update service. We would love to hear from candidates with strong administration experience.
Experience in working with purchase orders, any experience working in a financial admin role.
Someone who has strong attention to detail but also able to work in a fast-paced office environment. Not afraid of being assertive when asking for information. Able to manage a busy workload.
