Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:
As a Facilities Services Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role within facilities management and front-of-house duties. Working closely with a team of 17, you'll report directly to the Facilities Services Team Leader. 

• Reprographic and general administration tasks
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• MFD/printer management
• Post room duties and courier arrangements
• Providing excellent customer service to visitors
• Efficiently handling telephone calls
• Hospitality arrangement for meetings and event support

The candidate: 

• Previous experience in a similar role
• . Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety are essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, along with a passion for delivering quality service.
• Proficient in IT

Salary: £12.28 per hour
