Do you have experience Planning and Coordinating all building – related activities?
Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Facilities Coordinatorto join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to oversee all building – related activities, ensure all sites are safe and functioning.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus
This is a full-time, permanent. The hours of work will be working Monday – Friday you may be required to stay away from home from time to time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arrange appropriate inspections on all buildings and determine all repairs and renovations
- Monitor activities that happen outside the building such as waste disposal and recycling
- Arrange all maintenance of equipment and internal systems (security cameras, alarms and heating systems)
- Plan and coordinate all installation and maintenance
- Work with the finance team to keep all non-financial and financial records
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent knowledge of Facilities management
- Understanding of all health and safety
- Full UK driving licence
- Well Organised
- Good verbal and written communication Skills
