Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join an amazing Rapport team. Our client is one of the biggest tech companies in the world and the role is based in one of their corporate offices.

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am and 6pm, flexible based on clients needs.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator role are:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, providing a warm and genuine welcome to all visitors including VIPs and clients
  • Maintaining an office environment which clients love to spend time in, visitors feel at home in, and employees can be the best versions of themselves in; ensuring that the client looks its best at all times
  • Leadership accountability for delivery, management and maintenance of all RE&F site services, including:
  • Interfacing with the client and their nominated internal external vendors / partners
  • Hands-on provision site Soft & Hard Services
  • Drive consistency
  • Manage single to multiple, simple to complex Facility initiatives and program
  • Advising and driving improvement changes in RE&F facility management services at the site level
  • Coordinate with local and global Emergency Response Team & Global Security
  • Support refurbishment, renovations and office  relocation projects.
  • Space Management & Reports

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Facilities Coordinator will have an interest in technology and the creative industries, be excited about the prospect of being the ‘face’ of the client and keen to provide first-class support to our clients; you will be:

  • Positive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, bringing energy and enthusiasm to your role
  • Switched-on, engaged and observant; able to read the room, and at ease with people from all walks of life
  • Adaptable and resourceful; logical in approach and able to problem solve on your feet
  • Unphased by change with the ability to pivot focus last minute and spin numerous plates at once; remaining calm under pressure
  • Interested and inquisitive with a passion for people and the ability to build solid working relationships
