Job Title: Facilities Finance Administrator

Location: Darlington, County Durham
Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator, with a finance background for our facilities management client's site based in Gateshead. The successful candidate will be supporting the financial profit and loss, month-end reporting on facilities contracts, liaising with senior stakeholders within the business.
Package:
- Competitive salary up to 28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Duties:
- Be able to identify and help implement savings opportunities to ensure financial savings across the business and for the client
- Dealing with suppliers
- Reporting of the customers' monthly report and the preparation of monthly contract reviews
- Logging, distributing and closing of jobs via the helpdesk and ensure that SLA's are managed effectively across contracts
- Calculating margins, raising invoices to submit to the client; demonstrating a weekly forecast in comparison to actual
- Controlling the invoice pool in conjunction with the Contract Support Team
- Creation and updating of reports, i.e. P&L, WIP, unbilled revenue, debt, OPO's and invoice pool
- Raising purchase orders and reviewing as and when required
- Booking meetings, taking minutes, updating holidays, inputting overtime and filing
- Manage subcontractor files and e-logbooks in line with compliance requirements
- Logging of information across a variety of management systems
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role is essential
- Level 2 or 3 Business Administration qualification
- A strong knowledge of and working in finance
- A finance qualification would be highly desirable
