In this role you will be tasked with being in communication with the company's customers, and looking after the engineers. You will be completing time sheets, keeping engineers and customers up to date as well as general customer service tasks.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a Service Controller/Admin background, be confident with Microsoft Word & Excel, have good time management skills, be organised, and have great communication skills.
