Your Role:
As a Facilities Maintenance Person, your daily tasks will revolve around various facilities located within the PR, FY, and BB postcodes. You'll tackle a range of maintenance duties, including:
- Fixing door handles and window blinds
- Light tiling works
- Repairs to plaster
- Joinery tasks such as repairing and rehanging doors and wooden door frames
- Fabrication of new structures as needed
- Repairing or relaying vinyl flooring
Work Schedule: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A full, clean UK Driving license as a van will be provided for work related travel
- A proven track record in a similar maintenance role
- Joinery Skills
