DCS Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator to join our clients Facilities Team in Hereford on a 12-month fixed term contract.
As Facilities Management Coordinator you will be responsible for providing proactive and efficient administration services to the onsite operations teams, raising PO's, goods received and managing and obtaining quotes in a fair and timely manner.
You will have experience of but not limited to the management and onboarding of onsite contractors ensuring all relevant permits to work are in place prior to work taking place. Be proactive onsite and be the eyes for the FM raising any work that need to be carried out.
You will also be responsible for the visitors centre welcoming all visitors/contractors.
You will have excellent customer service skills, and act with integrity, always representing the client in a professional and positive manner.
You will have outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
You will work collaboratively, supporting and enabling your teams to deliver efficient facilities services to the business.
You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as proficient in use of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner app.
