Job Title: Facilities Manager

Salary: £45000 - 55000

The Advocate Group is proud to be representing a globally recognised FMCG business in the search for a driven, experienced and resilient Facilities Manager for their Head Office in West London.

This is a crucial, newly created position which will lead a small team and hold responsibility for the negotiation and management of key contracts with external suppliers and service providers. We are looking for a competent Facilities Manager who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the UK facilities, with a strong focus on hard services (M&E).
• Reviewing and negotiating supplier budgets regularly to ensure we are getting the best value for money.
• Managing the contract tender process and mobilisation for office service providers.
• Supervising contractors and works at the UK locations, including project works and renovations.
• Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are delivered to contract agreements.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the physical environment and standards of services provided.
• Undertake regular office and building inspections to monitor for repairs and to ensure that space is being maintained to
• the highest standards.
• Work with the H&S Manager to ensure that our facilities are compliant with government regulations and in line with
• Monster Energy standards.
• Monitoring Opex and Capex budgets, raising purchase orders and approving invoices.
• Line management of the facilities team.
• On call for out of hours emergencies.
• Perform regular headcount and space utilisation analysis.
• Planning and coordinating internal office moves.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Facilities Manager
• Strong people leadership experience
• Previous experience of managing hard-services and 3rd party contractors
• Resilience when dealing with difficult and challenging scenarios and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office
