Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management programs, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of buildings, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to address facility-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in facilities management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing environments.
