Kensington Prep School is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to play a key role in delivering a safe, pleasant environment for staff, students and visitors.
Ensuring health and safety is paramount in the provision of an efficient, effective and safe site, you will take responsibility for the maintenance, site security, and facilities management of the school premises and grounds. You will also be responsible for organising duty rotas to ensure that caretaking, grounds maintenance and cleaning services are provided consistently.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience of premises/facilties management, knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements and the skills and willingness to undertake routine and preventative general maintenance tasks. You will need to be a customer focused individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to organise the workload of yourself and others.
