09:00am - 18:00pm (Monday to Friday)

London based (Multi site)

Job Responsibilities:

• Emergency Response - Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, such as leaks, power outages, or security breaches
• Groundskeeping - Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including lawn care, snow removal, and exterior maintenance with car parks and paths
• Inventory Management - Monitor and reorder supplies, parts, and materials needed
• for maintenance work.
• Communication - Coordinate with other staff members, contractors, and management to ensure efficient maintenance operations
• Compliance -Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Cleaning - Cleaning of our car parks and service areas (jet washing etc.) to ensure we are safe and compliant for our staff and guests

The Person:

• Driving license to drive the company van
• Suitable qualification in Electrics
• Previous experience working with the tasks on the job description
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical fitness and the ability to manage the workload
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
