Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a UK Midstream Supervisor to join the team located in the UK. The successful candidate will have day-to-day management/supervision of a location or group of locations, including task and people management, budget control, service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for the overall management/supervision of the operations at the midstream locations whilst working with the CBRE team and our selected suppliers to ensure that the quality of services that are provided are always to a high standard, continually improved to exceed customer expectations.

UK-based covering sites in West London, Purfleet, Avonmouth, Birmingham and Gatwick

Key Tasks

• Managing local client and CBRE budgets and reporting any out-of-line situations
• Manage UK budget for delivery of base services on the Midstream locations
• Ensure Client satisfaction by being responsible for achieving client SLR and driving acceptable service delivery performance.
• Strong lines of communication to the user population on all BAU activity
• Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client and CBRE health, Safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage all additional / extra works that are requested by the terminal manager, including scoping, pricing and delivery.
• Work with local/central/third party project manager(s) to ensure fully integrated FM/projects delivery for any major projects.

Education

• Ideally educated to Degree level
• IOSH/NEBOSH or similar
• Hold relevant qualifications linked to FM
