We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a track record in contract catering provision t lead a team in a beautiful high-end HQ setting. You would oversee soft services on site - catering, cleaning, reception and guest services.
About the role:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Epsom site, including catering, hospitality, cleaning, reception, maintenance, and gym services.
- Delivery of a best-in-class service that delivers excellence to all customers.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance with policies in relation to standard operating practices.
- Coach and mentor members of the team.
- Control and monitor the financial performance of the operation and maintain costs within the budget.
- Drive standards and integrity of the service offer and Service Level Agreement at all times.
About you:
- Proven track record in a Facilities Management role.
- Proven track record managing catering service provision.
- Experience in transforming services and building teams with a service excellence culture.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels.
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
