Overview
Currently operating 6 Care Homes, this business will be adding 10 more in the next 5 years and wants somebody who can grow with the them. You will help create a PPM programme that will successfully scale with the business.
As well as leading on all reactive works, Capex and H&S you will manage all maintenance staff and roaming team. Hard and soft services are currently run separately but you will bring these together and manage them cohesively.
We are looking for someone who has worked with a CAFM system, even better if you have helped set one up or train people on these. You will be comfortable with data, statistics, analytics and budgets.

Desirable Criteria
- Worked in health care previously
- Set up CAFM systems
- Managed both Hard and Soft services
