We have an opportunity for a well organised Facilities Manager to ensure our properties and facilities are compliant with relevant Health & Safety, Environmental, Fire & Security standards across the South Warwickshire & Northamptonshire portfolio.
Interviews will take place on Thursday 29 February at Upton House.
For us facilities aren’t a back office function, so you’ll be out and about inspecting our properties and keeping on top of our systems. As part of the property team you’ll report into the General Manager, and be accountable for the running of all aspects of facilities management across our properties, making sure we are safe and compliant.
You'll be working with the property teams at each place to ensure we are compliant and you'll be responsible for organising reactive repairs and planning and overseeing some of our buildings projects, collaborating with the Building Surveyors.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- an understanding of facilities management and maintenance requirements
- good experience of broad compliance and risk management, including knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM regulations, Emergency procedures and Fire & Security procedures.
- great people and customer service skills
- experience of managing budgets, finances, projects and contracts/contractors
- advanced IT skills
