Office Manager required with a strong facilities background to provide support for a boutique Finance firm in Mayfair. You will also work closely with HR to ensure policies and procedures are up to date.
You will have ideally several years experience as an an Office Manager with working knowledge of facilities infrastructure. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required for the role as well as excellent time management skills. The ability to multi task and handle difficult situations in a trading environment is highly preferred. As the Office Manager you will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment with proven leadership skills. Advanced MS office skills are also required.
A meaty role based in Mayfair with working hours of 8-5.30pm you will be sat alongside Reception with extensive liaison with the tech team.
