Our client, a leading supplier and distributor of flooring products are looking for a Facilities/Building Maintenance Person to join their team in Dublin 24.

The facilities coordinator duties:

• Oversee all activities inside/outside the building
• Arranging the repairs when need with the third-party contractors
• Fixing minor malfunctions, painting
• Check building structure on regular basis and identifying repairs or renovations needed

What we need:

• Previous property maintenance experience with rounded knowledge and a broad skill set
• Full clean drivers' licence (C licence would be an advantage but not necessary)
• Basic knowledge in areas such as painting, carpentry, ground works etc
• The ability to work on their own initiative
• Good communication skills
• Salary negotiable
• No shift work
