Family Law Assistant

Role: Family Assistant
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Benefits: Progression to Training Contract.
Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Family Legal Assistants or Paralegals who have knowledge and the ability to create court bundles, with minimal to no supervision.
Our client is a long standing multi service private practice law firm, that is looking to bring onboard more like minded legal professionals that have a true interest in Family Law, and would like the opportunity to develop and progress their legal career with in the private family sector.
Future progression and develop is a big part of the firm but they would be looking for the successful candidate to be in a Legal Assistant position for at least 3 years.
The successful candidate will have been able to create their own court bundles, ideally attended court in person or virtually and have a basic understanding of Adobe, keeping billable time and have exposure to dealing with:
* Divorce
* Pre Nup's & Post Nup's
* Financial Remedies
* Private Children
