Key Responsibilities of a Family Lawyer:
- Acting on matters such as divorce and separation, child contact and adoption, Local Authority care orders and financial settlements
- Representing clients in court for contentious cases
- Dealing with disputes and other legal complications within families
Key Skills and Experience of a Family Lawyer:
- The ideal lawyer will have a 1+ PQE
- Legal practice skills are required
- Excellent communication skills
