The Role: We are looking for a Family Solicitor to join our Reading office. As part of our Family Law team, you will handle a diverse caseload including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, and domestic violence matters. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, offering empathetic legal advice and representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution
- Advising clients on divorce proceedings and financial settlements
- Representing clients in court hearings and negotiations
- Drafting legal documents such as consent orders and cohabitation agreements
- Providing sensitive and professional client care throughout the process
Requirements:
