Salary TSR Legal are excited to be working with an award-winning law firm to recruit an ambitious and hardworking individual to join their Family Law firm.. We are seeking a Family Paralegal to join our Client's Divorce/Finances and Unmarried Couples Team in their support team in Exeter.

Role Overview: As a Family Paralegal in the Divorce/Finances and Unmarried Couples Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal professionals in a variety of tasks related to family law matters. This includes assisting with divorce proceedings, financial settlements, and matters pertaining to unmarried couples. This is a full-time based office role with the option to discuss hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) after 6 months probation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting solicitors with case preparation, including drafting legal documents and conducting research.
Liaising with clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate case files.
Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Assisting with document management, court filings, and other clerical tasks as required.
Collaborating closely with solicitors and other team members to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in family law.
Knowledge of divorce proceedings, financial settlements, and family law procedures.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
