Careers is seeking two exceptional Paralegals to join the South West's leading and largest specialist law firm based in Exeter. This exciting opportunity is perfect for experienced and dedicated Paralegals looking for a fulfilling role in a multi-award-winning specialist firm.
Paralegal Responsibilities:
Organise and maintain case files with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist in drafting letters and legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Process Legal Aid Applications and maintain a good working knowledge of CCMS.
Attend court hearings to provide support to clients during challenging times.
Play a crucial role in assisting clients through extremely difficult periods in their lives.
Contribute to the success of the team.
Paralegal Requirements:
Ideally you will have a Law degree or equivalent.
You will have Paralegal experience, preferably gained within Family Law.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with clients.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
Willingness to go the extra mile and support colleagues.
