The ideal candidate
- 8+ PQE Solid all round experience within family law including high value divorce, finances, high value pre and post-nups and cohabitation agreements You must be skilled in complex living arrangements including those covered by international jurisdiction You must have a client following or strong referral network as the purpose of the role is to grow the team further Have previously worked with HNW clients, both domestically and internationally Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and mentor trainees and associates Be a strong business developer, including having the ability to initiate business development and marketing for the team (including delivering seminars and writing articles) You must be an effective and proactive communicator
