Responsibilities:
As a Family Solicitor, you will take on a varied caseload covering essential areas such as divorce, financial remedy proceedings, co-habitation disputes, and private children matters. In addition to managing your caseload, your responsibilities extend to conducting preliminary hearings and FDRs where needed. Embrace a leadership role by supervising a friendly team consisting of Fee Earners and Paralegals. Furthermore, actively contribute to the firm's growth through business development activities and networking initiatives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in private Family law matters (5-6 years+ PQE), demonstrating the capability to navigate diverse cases.
