This company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to family law. This will be a Hybrid post and some in person advocacy required in Manchester Courts.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters
Attending family court in Manchester
Conducting advocacy face to face
Working with local authorities in family law cases
Meeting with clients to discuss legal matters and provide advice
Job Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with experience in family law
Experience in advocacy
Knowledge of local authority procedures would be a benefit but not necessity
Ability to attend family court in Manchester
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
