About the Service User:
Assistance required for mature female.
Hours and Rate of Pay:
29.25 hours per week split between staff.Rate of pay- Between £13 - £18 per hour depending on work statusEnhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
What You Would be Doing:
Support with Personal Care. Meal preparation and cooking. Support with household chores including laundry and assisting to maintain the home environment.Help during outings where extra support is needed. Undertake any duties which may be reasonably allocated and fall within the scope and responsibility of the job. Needs may vary on a daily basis, therefore hours, duties and tasks may alter from the care plan.
The Person I Would Like:
I’m looking for person with good communication skills. Someone who can work in a collaborative manner and is easy to get along with. You would ideally have some knowledge and experience with working with people in a care setting but attitude and personality is more important. You should be hardworking, honest and have a genuine interest in the provision of high quality care. You will be able to work flexible hours and be trustworthy and reliable.
