Female Support Worker

Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Female Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Here we provide quality care and support to individuals with a range of support needs including learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health needs. Our vibrant supported living service in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire supports our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: cooking/baking, board games, movie nights, arts and crafts.

Your role will include:

• Providing personal care and administering medication
• Encouraging service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities
• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families

We are looking for calm, resourceful, and enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support people with learning disabilities in a proactive and holistic manner. The service has great public transport links and is a 5-minute walk away from the bus station.
