Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for assigned teams within a district operation
• Accountable for ability and disciplines of assigned local and remote teams, and overall performance including staff turnover
• Exploring, creating and implementing new systems to develop the district operation
• Responsible for additional tasks assigned by the District Manager. I.e. Equipment control, personnel, scheduling
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in line with company requirements and promoting that accuracy is our primary concern
• Mentor and coach existing Team Leaders to achieve their maximum potential and develop new Team Leaders via the Supervisor training program to ensure the stability of the businessArea Manager
