Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for assigned teams within a district operation
- Accountable for ability and disciplines of assigned local and remote teams, and overall performance including staff turnover
- Exploring, creating and implementing new systems to develop the district operation
- Responsible for additional tasks assigned by the District Manager. I.e. Equipment control, personnel, scheduling
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in line with company requirements and promoting that accuracy is our primary concern
- Mentor and coach existing Team Leaders to achieve their maximum potential and develop new Team Leaders via the Supervisor training program to ensure the stability of the businessArea Manager
