Description

As a Field Based Collections Agent you can be based anywhere in England will be Field Based visiting customers discussing council tax arrears collecting payments and setting up suitable payment plans.

You will be working with vulnerable customers providing support and guidance sign-positing external companies if needed to provide further assistance and helping customers get back on track.

Profile

Previous Field Based Collections experience

Strong communication skills and passionate about helping customers

Able to influence and provide the best solutions

Empathetic and calm with a high level of resilience

Good negotiation skills
