They are currently recruiting for a Collections Agent to be able to handle and coordinate collections processes with their customer base. Interested? Take a look below:
Duties
- Contact customers via phone and email to negotiate and arrange payment of debts.
- Analyse accounts to find root cause of non-payment issues.
- Work closely with internal departments to address and resolve customer queries.
- Provide customers with regular updates on account statuses.
Experience
- Previous experience in a credit, debt, or collections position.
- Strong communication skills.
- A desire to solve problems and work with internal and external stakeholders to identify best solutions.
- Energy industry knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.
Location Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £26,000
