Field Care Supervisor

Field Care Supervisor – Home Care – Full time 40hours a week

Excellent rate of pay £14 - £14.50 per hour PLUS Holiday Pay and Pension. Weekends rates include £14.50- £15.00 ph, Bank Hol rate £21.00 ph.

Alcedo Care Preston are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Field Care Supervisor for our Preston office to strengthen our team. You will be working as part of a team undertaking spot checks on care workers within the field. You will provide care in accordance with current best practises, and according to policy and procedures. On Call Duties are required on evenings & weekends on a rota (£50 extra pay for covering a week on call, plus pay for any care hours worked). Deliver high quality care to our customers.

We are ideally looking for:

• Previous experience within a care setting within the UK
• A Full UK Driving License and access to a car is required for this role
• Flexibility
• Excellent communication
• Computer literate for standard office admin use. Training will be provided for our care system.
• Willing to travel throughout the Preston area to various locations
