Field Sales - Part-time, flexible, remote referrers wanted!

Location: Remote, plus optional team meetings

Hours: Completely flexible - ideally upwards of five hours a week

Wage: Commission only, some guaranteed once built up. Uncapped.

These positions have an immediate start and are open to anyone looking to significantly increase their monthly income. I am looking for those with more than five hours a week to spare, with a good work ethic, team player, self-motivated, coachable, hungry, with BIG dreams. A good social or business network is a bonus, but not essential. A problem-solver and natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, again would be a bonus but not a requirement.

You must also know how to have fun! This IS a requirement! We have a great team culture and despite working from home, regularly connect, so you should be happy to attend team meetings and conferences (oh and free weekends away and holidays that are offered as incentives!).

The work is extremely well-paid (uncapped earning potential), can work around other psaid and personal responsibilities, is self-employed, commission only (however some of that commission is guaranteed) and involves finding residential and business customers better rates on utility bills. We work with two leading utility suppliers who actually do all the work for us, so no need to have any prior experience in the industry.

Field Sales Responsibilities:

Finding and referring new residential and business customers

Mentoring and supporting new team members as you progress (additional income available for doing so)

Qualifications

• No specific qualifications needed, however an interest in people and helping people would be a bonus.
• Also a desire to motivate, lead and encourage others, if you would like to progress in the team and increase your income further.
