Job description

A fantastic role has come up for a switched-on junior candidate to join a top international firm as an Office Assistant.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Diary and calendar management
Travel booking
Expenses
Ad hoc office admin support
Assisting in health & safety
Train as a first aider and fire warden
Reception duties
WHO YOU ARE
A first or second jobber who is switched-on, personable and an excellent team player.
Requirements:
High attention to detail
Highly organized
Strong communication skills
Well-presented and discreet
MS Office skills
This role is paying up to £30k (DOE) with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a discretionary bonus plus a hybrid working structure.
