Field Sales Executive (Work from Home)

Our client, a Japanese leading Chemical materials manufacturer, is currently recruiting a Field Sales Executive to expand their businesses in UK and Ireland.

The main target will be the construction industry and back ground in Civil Engineering/Engineering is strongly advantageous.

The job holder is in charge of identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, managing the inventory and delivery, negotiating and closing deals, as well as leading sales projects in conjunction with the business division at the Headquarters in Japan.

Job Descriptions

• Maintains responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory in UK and Irelan
• Serves clients by selling the products and meeting their need
• Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting relationships with the clients by partnering with them and understanding their need
• Identifies new business opportunities of the business in UK and Ireland
• Leads sales project in conjunction with the Head quarter in Japan
• Demonstrates knowledge of their products and services to client
• Ensures product stock is adequate for distribution channels and can cover direct demand from clients
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of civil engineering or technical engineering
• At least three years demonstrated experience in sales in construction industry
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel as well as ERP system
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory, including site visits
• Self-starter, independent and pro-active worker with the ability to successfully work on different projects at the same time
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Effective communication skills in English, including verbal and written

Conditions:

• Salary - basic salary of 30-35,000 per annum, commission and bonus
• Fully Work from Home basis
