Field Sales Manager - Fully Remote

Benefits : £25,000-£30,000 DOE + Company Car + Laptop + Commission OTE £80K

Hours : Monday - Friday (No weekends)

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager who has experience in Car dealerships.

As a Field Sales Manager your role will be two-fold, providing great customer service to and driving business with our existing motor dealer accounts and also actively canvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accounts in your designated territory as well.

The successful Field Sales Manager will actively find new ways to win business from target accounts with use of our consultative sales process as well as present to, negotiate, and overcome objections in order to win business from target dealer accounts. You will plan your own diary to maximise your effectiveness in the role.

The Field Sales Manager should have previous experience managing a team & be able to demonstrate self-confidence and good relationship building skills whilst also be comfortable cold-calling and being able to think on your feet.

In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary plus commission & a company car is provided. You will be required to work Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm ( No Weekends)

This would suit someone currently working within a cardealship as a Sales Manager and would like a better work life balance.
