Field Sales Manager

Basic Salary GBP35K plus guaranteed commission

The recruitment group is working with a nationwide premier brand in the flooring industry, recruiting for a dynamic and forward-thinking Field Sales Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Field Sales Manager
• Prospect and identify potential clients through various sources
• Conduct research and gather market information to understand customer needs and competition
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a robust sale pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact
• 95% of your B2B will be with existing clients
• Understand clients goals, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored solutions
• Present products or services to potential clients in a persuasive manner
• Conduct sales demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of the offerings
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, addressing client needs and aligning with their objectives
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules to secure deals
Experience/knowledge requirements for the Field Sales Manager
• Proven experience in sales role, must be within the flooring/interior industry
• Demonstrable track record of success in sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Must be able to travel in and around East Anglia area including the following postcodes - NR, IP, CB, PE (excluding PE25) plus NG24 & NG31
