Field Sales Representative

Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for aField Sales Representativefor a well-known client in the Coventry area.

The Duties:

• Selling You will need to be able to accurately record details of conversations, keeping systems up to date with developments and concluding any matters raised.
• You will keep the customers informed of the newest products, pricing and promotions, upselling products by ascertaining customer’s needs and requirements.
• You will need to be able to relay to your manager feedback, to improve customer and staff experiences.
• You will have to meet monthly goals set by your manager and be able to show how this has been achieved increasing customer satisfaction and sales, which is your key objective.
• You will need to be well organised and work as part of a team offering support to your colleagues in all areas of the business.
• Liaise with customers. You are to keep customers informed as to the progress of their order especially in times of delay.
• You will be communicating with customers via phone, e-mail and web thus enhancing their service experience - There will be targets set with regards to call numbers.
• You will need to ensure that you are happy to set up meetings in order to build professional relationships with the prospects and customers. v Selling our products to prospective customers and to cross sell to existing customers to grow national and international accounts.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Happy to travel to visit customers.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Nationwide Sales Representative.
• Industry knowledge desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot desirable but not essential.
• Previously worked with Sage is desirable but not essential.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales growth.
• Excellent ability to sell, negotiate and communicate.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Openness to feedback. v Relationship management skills.
• Field Experience

Salary:

• Basic salary of approx. £30,000 dependant on experience.
• Performance based targets to be discussed at interview.
• Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700.
