Field Service Engineer Salary Range - £28,000 - £30,000

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:
Traveling extensively to various locations within the designated area.
Carrying a technical mindset with knowledge for fixing faults, kiosks, touch screen tablets, basic installs of CCTV, and server installations, all of which run off servers.
Having expertise in CAT 6 data cabling.
Having experience in Linux systems is a plus, though not mandatory.
Customer service experience – to be able to communicate well as this is a field role so communication with the customers is key.
Handling technical and mechanical issues, including reacting swiftly to customer needs.
Maintaining a company-provided van.
Opportunities for overtime with time off in lieu.
Requirements for the Field Service Engineer:
Experience in network and electronics.
Experience with CAT 6
Technical background, with the ability to address various technical and mechanical issues.
A forward-facing and customer-oriented personality.
Please note that there may be overtime opportunities, and the job involves significant travel within the designated area. Experience in camera installation, hardware, and network cabling is highly desirable due to the technical nature of the role.
