The Role of the Field Service Engineer
PAID DOOR TO DOOR
Job is homebased and you will spend 60% of your time with scheduled PPM testing & 40% responsive breakdowns.
80% of the business is with the NHS hospitals in the disinfector and sterilizer sector although due to a recent acquisition they are also moving into the endoscopy space.
Most of the work will be in Maidstone as there are 3-4 sites around the area.
The business tries to keep the work as close to the engineers as possible but if people are off or there is more work to cover, then there needs to be an element of flexibility to travel to other parts of the country.

£38k-£42k basic salary
3% on target annual bonus

The Ideal Person for the Field Service Engineer
Ideally you will have STM1 OR WTM 1 qualification as a minimum.
If you have STM2, STM3 qualifications AND OR WTM 2 & 3 and are fully ticketed that is a bonus & reflected in the salary depending on experience.
Experience in Cabinet Washer, Multi chamber washer, trolly washer, container washer, endoscopy is a bonus, sterilizers vertical and horizontal.
The person needs to be self motivated, good communicator, relationship builder and maintainer.
