* Collaborate with the Service Manager to explore opportunities for upgrades, new purchases, and additional training.
* Effectively communicate with customers, guiding system operation and technical matters.
* Comply with regulatory requirements in documenting service activities.
* Actively promote service contract revenue and new products.
We Are Looking For:
* Candidates with respected qualifications in electronics and a minimum of 5 years in the medical device field.
* Engineering qualifications, such as an HND in Electronic Engineering.
* Strong customer-facing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work autonomously.
* Willingness to travel extensively and represent the company's high standards.
