Are you a Plant, HGV, Agricultural or similar Engineer looking for a career within a stable and long established company offering progression to management, expert training and the chance to significantly increase your earnings through overtime?
On offer is the chance to work autonomously in a role where you'd be paid door-to-door, working out of your home or an Avonmouth depot for the South-Wests leading Agricultural and Plant equipment supplier.
In this role you will be servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of Plant and Agricultural machinery around Bristol and the surrounding counties. You will receive expert, manufacturer accredited training on this companies core machinery to become a fully independent and autonomous Field Engineer. Also, there are progression opportunities into supervisory positions and even depot management, for highly motivated employees.
This company is a supplier of plant and agricultural equipment covering the South West. They have built a solid reputation over the last 45 years, providing the best quality equipment. Having grown consistently since their inception, they are looking to capitalise on this growth and expand their fleet of expert Service Engineers.
This role would suit a Mechanical Service Engineer from a HGV, Agricultural or Plant machinery background who is looking for an opportunity to progress within a stable company and increase their earnings through overtime incentive.
The Role:

• Attending breakdowns at client sites, carrying out service and repairs on Plant / Agricultural equipment
• Carrying out routine maintenance, examinations, and fault finding
• Working a local patch around Bristol with door to door pay
• Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, early finish on Fridays

The Person:

• Time-served Apprentice, Junior Engineer or similar
• Mechanical knowledge
• Willing to work a field-based role
