About the Role:

As a Field Services Engineer, you will be the frontline of our technology solutions, providing top-tier support across the UK. Your role will involve:

• Traveling to diverse customer sites, ensuring outstanding IT support services.
• Tackling technical challenges in PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, and point-of-sale systems.
• Conducting on-site installations and troubleshooting in varied software and hardware environments.
• Maintaining and acquiring vendor certifications to excel in your role.
• Strict adherence to safety, ESD precautions, and comprehensive documentation.
• Engaging in an on-call rota, with allowances, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Contributing to wider team initiatives within the Integrated Technology Solutions department.
• Embracing flexibility, including potential overtime opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Solid experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair (PCs, laptops, etc.).
• Software installation and configuration expertise.
• Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, IBM, HP).
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to obtain UK security clearances (SC, NPPV3).
