- Traveling to diverse customer sites, ensuring outstanding IT support services.
- Tackling technical challenges in PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, and point-of-sale systems.
- Conducting on-site installations and troubleshooting in varied software and hardware environments.
- Maintaining and acquiring vendor certifications to excel in your role.
- Strict adherence to safety, ESD precautions, and comprehensive documentation.
- Engaging in an on-call rota, with allowances, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Contributing to wider team initiatives within the Integrated Technology Solutions department.
- Embracing flexibility, including potential overtime opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Solid experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair (PCs, laptops, etc.).
- Software installation and configuration expertise.
- Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, IBM, HP).
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability to obtain UK security clearances (SC, NPPV3).
