As the Accounts Receivable Lead, you will be instrumental in providing expert guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and fostering a customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:

- Owning high-profile customer accounts and managing debt and invoice queries.
- Providing training to team members and staying updated on system releases.

Qualifications, Experience & Training...
- Proficiency in English and Mathematics, minimum GSCE grade 4 or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience managing multiple queries and prioritizing effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
