SalaryWe are working with a fantastic returning client, within the tech sector. They are seeking a Finance Administrator to join the team, supporting their finance manager. Being established over 20 years ago, they have gained valuable clients; their ethos being honesty, integrity and hard work. This is a temp role initially, with the potentially to develop into a permanent opportunity, so candidates must be available immediately. The office is based in Acton and the team are very supportive and considerate. This is a temp role initially, with the potentially to develop into a permanent position. Candidates must be available immediately. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in a finance role!
Main duties include:
- Process purchase orders and sales invoices
- Chase suppliers/customers over the phone
- Input systems onto databases
- Working on sage and other systems
- Ad hoc amin support for the team
Candidates must have a keenness to learn new systems and processes, holding high levels of accuracy and diligence.
