Supporting the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, including:
- Processing Sales and Purchase invoices for 8 companies daily
- Reconciling supplier and customer accounts to ensure they remain accurate.
- Placing online orders for all companies
- Reconciling all bank accounts daily.
- Monitoring 6 email accounts - taking action where relevant
- Making supplier payments for all companies as required.
- Being responsible for chasing overdue debts
- Assisting in preparation of ad-hoc reporting for management team
Skills required
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- Experience in Microsoft packages
- Proficient with Xero
