Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a high-growth business – boasting a friendly, supportive and social team culture – in their search for an experienced Finance Administrator seeking to play an important role within an expanding business.
This office-based role is well suited to chatty and personable Finance Administrators or those coming from another office-based role (e.g. receptionist) and are seeking to gain further exposure to finance whilst being mentored by a supportive and approachable line manager.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Processing incoming payments
• Chasing overdue invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Working closely to resolve customer queries and problematic accounts
• Building positive working relations with key accounts
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Weekly debtors meeting with team and management
• Manage accounts inbox
• Ad hoc tasks

Required Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience of working within an office-environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time-keeping skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
• Good IT skills
• Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations
