Pyramid8 are recruiting for a full time Finance Administrator to assist the finance person. They are a small friendly team and looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing business.
They are a market leader in what their industry and they are a small and passionate team.
This role is ideal for someone from a similar background who is confident with using Microsoft packages, especially Excel and excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
The main duties of the role include, but not limited to:
- Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
- Maintaining customer accounts and reviewing credit limits
- Issues invoices/ applications and providing the correct documentation
- Chasing customer depts and arranging payments
- Post ledger transactions
- Work closely with the financial team, and senior credit controller
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
- Previous experience in a finance administration role
- IT Literate
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to maintain and develop strong working relationships
- Sage Experience
