My client based in Manchester City Centre are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary on-going contract.
Start date: ASAP
Weekly Pay: £12.82 - £15.38
Hybrid working pattern- 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home
Position: Finance Administrator
You will be responsible for managing large amounts of data and spreadsheets and must be an advanced user of Excel.
Key Duties:
Supporting the Banking & Central Finance team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
o Managing the Coding / Processing and Allocation of Receipts
o Daily allocation of receipts
o Investigating unidentified payments or receipts across the Bank
o Arrange transfer of funds across in correct bank accounts
o Building Relationships with Internal and External Colleagues
o Business Improvements / Project work Profile:
o Must have some experience working across a fast paced transactional / finance department
o Strong IT and Analytical Skills
o Account Reconciliation experience needed
o Solid attention to detail / Organisational and team player
o Experienced in Cash Allocation would be beneficial
